Wine Country Drive
Overview:
- Relocate and install new services
- Install new drainage and drainage structures
- Widening existing road and install new stub roads for future stages
- Install new traffic signals with dual lanes north and south bound
Scope of Works:
- 1,200t Asphalt (500t high friction)
- Installation of a new 4 way traffic signals as per TfNSW requirements – $300k
- Installation of new drainage structures and 2 x GPTs – $400
- Installation of new street lights – $300k
Highlights and Challenges:
Working closely with LWP and TfNSW to upgrade the existing intersection to meet the needs and growth of Huntlee. Challenges of staging the works with the live traffic and existing services. Over 5,000m3 of rock withing earthworks and stormwater lines to be removed.
