Nords Wharf Retaining Wall

Overview:

• The project is located at Nords Wharf in Lake Macquarie
• Concrete crib retaining constructed as a design and construction package to our client
• Total cost of the retaining wall package is around $1,400,000

Scope of Works:

• Featured crib wall is around 900 sq.m and maximum height of 4.8m

Highlights and Challenges:

The foundation was a soft clay to bedrock making it difficult and slow to excavate in trying wet conditions.
