Overview:

Stages 1 and 2 consisting of 39 lots. Contemporary rural subdivision with one hectare lots and future architecturally designed homes located adjacent to the Belford National Park and off the Hunter Expressway.

Scope of work:

• Clearing and bulk earthworks
• Culverts and stormwater drainage
• Construction of driveways for every lot
• 3.3km of turf lined swales
• 20,000m2 of pavement construction
• 3.7km of subsoil pavement drainage
• 2.2km of watermain
• 3.0km of electrical, NBN and gas service trenching
• Construction of new intersection and entry into subdivision

Highlights and challenges:

• Lowering and the protection of a major optic fibre trunk line previously not identified on the site
• Delivering the project on time despite extended and major wet weather events
• 1.6km of hand placed decorative stone and sealed walking trails
• Completion to the high quality finish and standards expected by the client
